Do you only offer 1 on 1 coaching?
No, we offer either general coaching or 1 on 1 coaching for our clients!
How does online coaching work?
Once you sign up, you’ll get access to our app where you'll receive your personalized workout and nutrition plan. We check in regularly, track your progress, and adjust as needed to keep you moving forward.
How do I communicate with my coach?
Through our coaching app! You can send messages, track progress, submit check-ins, and even jump on video calls for form checks or extra support.
Do you offer meal plans?
We offer nutrition coaching and guidance with tools like macro tracking, food templates, and habits—not restrictive meal plans. It's about sustainability, not starvation.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. You can choose month-to-month or longer plans—whatever fits your needs.
